These terms govern the rights and obligations related to the use of AuditCompass software and related services.

2. Product Description

AuditCompass is software for creating audit workpapers in compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA). The product includes a desktop application and a Custom GPT for AI-assisted generation.

3. License

By purchasing a license, you obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the AuditCompass software for the duration of your license. The license is bound to the number of users per your selected plan.

4. Liability

AuditCompass generates workpaper templates. The user — the auditor — is responsible for the content of completed workpapers, professional judgment, and compliance with applicable regulations.
